We are a research group at Institute of Data and Information, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School of Tsinghua University, led by Dr. Kaichen Dong. Our research aims to provide ground-breaking new solutions to worldwide critical challenges in the fields of energy and environmental protection, information intelligence, and life health. Our technical approach is highly interdisciplinary, involving mathematics/artificial intelligence, condensed matter physics/microelectronics, chemistry/materials science, photonics/electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering/automation.
We dissect microscopic systems from fundamental levels, explore physical phenomena, and construct mathematical models. By deeply integrating artificial intelligence with multi-physics simulation technologies, we design zero-power, high-performance information devices and photothermal materials. We also develop highly intelligent automated equipment, build the future laboratory, and advance the practical implementation of new inventions.
